As an International Professional Program student, you are registered in a closed cohort. This means that all students in your cohort take the same courses at the same time throughout the program. Students are expected to attend all classes. Absences may result in students having to repeat a course, particularly for in-person courses with participation-graded components.

If for any reason you are unable to attend an IPP course or part of a course, including illness or other personal scheduling conflicts, you are responsible for contacting your course instructor as soon as possible to communicate your circumstances. The instructor has discretion to assist in making accommodations for you but is not obliged to do so.

Documentation for your absence may be required. Depending on the course timing and structure, not all instructors will be able to adjust. This may result in a loss of grades, and/or potentially failing a class.

If you need to retake a course for any reason, please see Repeating a Course.

There are no refunds issued for individual IPP courses for any reason. Please refer to Refunds and Transfers should you need to withdraw from your program.
